LDP electric single-girder bridge crane (hereinafter referred to as off-track single-girder crane) is designed and manufactured according to the standard JB/T1306-94. For small cranes, the applicable lifting capacity is 1-10t, and the applicable span is 10.5-25.5 meters. The working environment temperature is in the range of -25-+40°C.

 

The main feature is that it is different from the structure of the LD type. The electric hoist of the LDP type is placed above the main girder of the crane, while the electric hoist of the LD type crane is suspended under the main girder of the crane. The lifting height of the crane can maximize the lifting height in a tighter space.

 

For the convenience of users, there are two types of operation: ground and control room, and the control room has two forms of end face and side door for users to choose.

 

This product is a general-purpose off-track single-girder crane, which is mostly used for lifting and transporting slender objects in pipes and other places. Its structural characteristics are as follows:

The main beam is a box-shaped structural beam welded by steel plates. The end beam is rolled into U-shaped channel steel with steel plate, and then assembled and welded into a box-shaped beam. For the convenience of storage and transportation, the main end beams are connected with high-strength bolts to form a whole.

 

 

Electric hoist:

 

The electric hoist can lift heavy objects, and is installed on the trolley to move longitudinally along the main beam. For details of its structural characteristics, please refer to the relevant electric hoist manual.

 

Operating Agencies:

 

This product adopts separate driving form, and the driving brake is completed by a conical brake motor. The transmission is driven by a "one open and one closed" gear, and the closed gear part is decelerated by using a 5t conical hoist to run the trolley machine.

 

Electrical Equipment:

 

The running motor used in this product has two forms: single-speed conical squirrel cage motor (for running speed 20, 3 m/min) and conical winding motor (for running speed 45 m/min). There are two electrical controls. The electric hoist and the entire crane are equipped with safety devices, such as limit switches for direct lift and end limit switches.
